SPORTS MASSAGE

45 minutes @ £50.00

Sports massage is perfect for anyone suffering with a new or long term muscle issue.

The massage is focussed to the region of discomfort or reduced range of motion but also considers adjacent structures which may also be involved.

Not just for athletes, this 45 minute treatment will work away all your aches and pains.

If you are worried about an injury or require a full check up please book for an initial osteopathic or physiotherapy consultation first.

MUMMY CHECK

1 hour 15 minutes @ £80.00

This is our comprehensive postnatal check, suitable from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks following a Caesarian section).

Our osteopath Izzy is Mummy MOT trained. She will listen to your story and any concerns you may have.
Her assessment will include birth debrief, posture, stomach muscles and pelvic floor. She will address any pains, scars, tummy gaps and pelvic floor issues.

This appointment can take up to 75 minutes and includes a treatment as well as a bespoke recovery plan.

OSTEOPATHY - 1 hour treatment

1 hour @ £55.00

Ideal for your first visit at CORE MVMNT or when more time is required.

This includes a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of the issue and allows sufficient time for treatment & management.

Osteopaths use a wide range of techniques including; remedial massage, muscle contraction and relaxation techniques (METs), joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation and rehabilitation exercise prescription.

OSTEOPATHY - 45minute treatment

45 minutes @ £50.00

Ideal for your next visits following on from an initial osteopathic consultation or Mummy Check.

Gain insight into your progress and continue to improve your health with this review & treatment.

OSTEOPATHY - 30 minute treatment

30 minutes @ £40.00

Express treatment for a prompt follow up visit.
An initial 1h osteopathic treatment is recommended prior.

For a more holistic and extensive follow up treatment refer to our 45 min appointment.
